Is there really a place like this if you've never been? I thinkThatched house comes out and is in a place like an old tale.We ate seasonal sweets.The cream puff was light, the cream was strawberry flavored and the cream and strawberry were very good friends.I want to eat lunch someday.

Absolutely love this place! This is the best Japanese restaurant I’ve tried! Authentic food with high quality of Dashi, love it!! Not only fantastic food but also amazing customer service I always impressed This is one of the place you cannot miss when you visit Fukuoka.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been, Japanese or otherwise. The restaurant even has a shuttle bus to pickup and drop off guests. Food was amazing, especially the way they prepared wagyu, just so unbelievable and tasty.

The restaurant serves traditional Japanese cuisine that uses seasonal ingredients. Everything, including the sauces are made from scratch. Ingredients are cooked to keep their natural flavor, and are paired in ingenious ways. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend during autumn (late November). Bookings are available from 2 months in advance.

The first time was a birthday dinner with my husband. The restaurant was satisfying not only for meals but also for customer service. It was delicious with dishes that made use of the taste of the ingredients.The second time, I visited a family with a one-year-old child. The one-year-old son who didn't go to the food also ate all of the stuff, whether it was delicious or not. I was always wondering if I couldn't wait to come. LolI will go again.

It is divided into a cafe and food, and features a thatched roof!和 Japanese restaurant in the middle of Japanese!This time at a cafe.The interior is a calm space where the sound of an acoustic guitar flows and the fireplace is characteristic!Coffee is provided in earnest, and the staff at the shop are too polite to serve customers!Order pudding, chiffon cake set and tea!delicious! Black tea is characterized by tea leaves.Up to a replacement pot!Add milk that is thicker to make it more royal milk tea!Rich taste that pudding likes again! #Kayanoya - picture driving into the mountains of Fukuoka Japan, pulling up to this beautiful building with torches lit along the path....crossing a bridge over a river and walking into a restaurant that could also be mistaken for a spa. That's this place.The food was just spectacular! The staff - friendly! I would go here every week if I could.

We had lunch at the tea room, not at the restaurant. Chabo is very recommended. Chino-ya is located in the mountains, but this location is the best. I think the poor access is becoming more attractive."Chabo" has a very nice atmosphere and is a great place to relax with a cup of coffee on the counter or terrace.The beef stew ordered this time was easy to eat and had a gentle taste. It is really delicious.Chinosha and the restaurant are nice, but the teahouse is also highly recommended.

Really good experience eating here. Great service, food and ambience. The quality of ingredients is amazing and the use of local produce is appreciated. This is a kaiseki restaurant so the menu changes very often and they only have omakase sets for dinner. It's worth the experience though it's on the pricey side, they do not have an English menu (or service staff that speak English) and a bit of a drive from Fukuoka. Still recommend a visit especially if you're from out of town and want a quality local meal!

If you are looking for a 5 star out of town restaurant; this might he your place. The restaurant is located within the beautiful mountains and is surrounded by nature. Chances are you might see some local wild life crossing the road to the restaurant so please be careful. The restaurant itself offers a great variety of tables in an old fashioned style.Unfortunately they don’t have any English speaking staff or menu as far as I am aware so make sure you bring someone who is fluent to get the most out of your experience.
